符合電(diàn)池充電(diàn)産品規定要求的産品，是指為(wèi)輪椅、高爾夫球車(chē)、低速車(chē)輛或其他(tā)終端産品電(diàn)池充電(diàn)的設備。例如：内置電(diàn)池的手機，内置電(diàn)池的耳機，内置電(diàn)池的智能(néng)手環等産品，PS:可(kě)充電(diàn)的充電(diàn)寶也在内。 但不包含以下設備：

• 1、為(wèi)輪椅，高爾夫球車(chē)，低速車(chē)輛以外車(chē)輛的充電(diàn)器；

• a device that charges the battery of a vehicle other than a wheelchair, golf cart or low-speed vehicle

• 2、為(wèi)醫(yī)療設備電(diàn)池充電(diàn)的充電(diàn)器；

• a device that charges the battery of a medical device

• 3、除用(yòng)于潮濕環境或其他(tā)電(diàn)感性的無線(xiàn)電(diàn)池充電(diàn)器；

• a wireless battery charger, other than a wireless battery charger that is inductive and designed for wet environments or

• 4、備用(yòng)電(diàn)池充電(diàn)器。

• a backup battery charger。
